While you can set project areas (which is hugely helpful), there are not KanBan boards, no mindmap views and no task dependencies. There is only one "view" within a project: lists. No tool is perfect and for Nozbe Teams, there is some polishing to do. It's the same as the desktop and web version which is no small feat. It can do both.Įxcellent mobile app: Nozbe Teams is one of the few project management tools that has a mobile app that isn't a chore to use. With a simple hierarchy of projects, Nozbe Teams walks the fine line between team tool and personal task manager. It's a team tool but can also be used efficiently as a personal tool: its competitors make it hard to get into a project quickly but Nozbe Teams does not. They have many plans (up to 3 users, up to 5 users, etc.) and make it easy to add someone or shrink your team. It offers big touch points and a large "plus" button, both of which are very satisfying.Ĭlear understanding of users & non-users: Compared to Taskade or ActiveCollab, Nozbe offers a very simple map of what it means to be a user or not. ![]() Simplicity without sacrificing power: Nozbe Teams can filter, sort, allow for multiple teams, and do so many other things that its competitors do but its simple and clean interface doesn't overwhelm you. Our small team of three full-time staff and multiple parti-time contractors have used Nozbe Teams with ease. As to their position in the marketplace, they specialize in helping "small teams do great things".
